WordPerfect Productivity Pack
WordPerfect's Productivity Pack is essentially WordPerfect 12 and Quattro Pro 12 with a few other goodies thrown in. The Productivity Pack is being bundled with computers produced by the largest computer manufacturers. Because the manufacturers can pick what applications they want to include with their systems, there are many different flavors of Productivity Packs (just as there are different flavors of OEM copies).
Your copy of WordPerfect Productivity Pack will always include WordPerfect 12; many also contain Quattro Pro 12. The rest of the utilities may or may not be included, depending on what the manufacturer wanted to include with their systems.
