Emailing Audio Notes
If you attempt to email OneNote files containing linked audio files, by default, the recipient will receive the note page, but not the linked audio files. If you want to include the linked audio files, use the following steps to change OneNote's options.
1. | Choose Tools, Options from the menu bar. |
2. | Click E-mail on the left side of the Options window to display the E-mail options shown in Figure 17.8.

3. | Check the box marked Attach a copy of linked audio files. |
4. | Click OK to save your changes. |
