Using the Audio Toolbar

In order to record audio notes, you'll first need to display the audio toolbar. To display the toolbar, select View, Toolbars, and click the Audio Recording toolbar to display the toolbar, as shown in Figure 17.2.

The Audio Recording toolbar allows you to start, pause, play, and end a recording. It also contains an audio gauge to show you the total length of the recording as well as the length of the playback so far.
