Using Microsoft Product Support Services

If you can't find your answers on the Microsoft newsgroups, you can open a personal support incident with Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS). Every Microsoft Office product, including OneNote, comes with two free support incidents you can use to obtain help with problems. If you need additional support incidents after the first two, you can open them, but you will have to pay for each additional incident.

To open a support incident with Microsoft PSS, visit http://support.microsoft.com and choose Contact Microsoft. You can choose to open an incident via telephone or online.
