Merging to E-mail

Merging to e-mails is the same as merging to letters. The only difference is the destination of the merge.

You can merge to e-mail from Outlook by selecting E-mail as the Merge to destination in the Mail Merge Contacts dialog in Outlook. You learned about this dialog earlier in this chapter (see Figure 17.6). You can also merge to e-mail by selecting the Merge to E-mail icon from Word's Mail Merge toolbar.
