Recovering Deleted Folders and Items with Exchange Server
You can recover folders or items that have been deleted and removed from the Deleted Items folder only if you are using Exchange server and the administrator has enabled deleted items recovery for your mailbox. Deleted items recovery keeps a record of items deleted for a period set by the administrator—for example, five days. During that period, a deleted item can be recovered, even an item that was hard-deleted using Shift+Delete.
