Making an Appointment

Now that you are familiar with moving around in the calendar and viewing calendar items, the next step is learning how to create appointments, meetings, and events.

Creating Quick Appointments

If you are using the By Categories table view of a Calendar folder, you can create a quick appointment by clicking in the Quick Appointment row in the Subject field. Enter a subject for the appointment and then fill in any other desired fields that are shown in that table view. The start and end times for the appointment are automatically filled in for you.
