Viewing and Organizing Your Contacts

The default view of a Contacts folder is the Address Cards view, which is similar to a paper address book or Rolodex file. Various table-type views are also available for Contacts folders. You can also customize views of Contacts folders to display additional fields or to group contacts within a view. You will learn about views and customizing views in Chapter 14, “Outlook Views.”

To change a view of a Contacts folder, select View, Arrange By, Current View and select a view to display.

To show the available views for a Contacts folder in the Navigation Pane, select View, Arrange By, Show Views in Navigation Pane.
