Copying, Cutting, and Pasting Code

What do you do if you find HTML code Code viewelsewhere that you want to copy into your page? The answer to this question is to copy and paste, much as you would text. The HTML you copy is automatically formatted and fitted to the editing environment of Code view.

Here's how to copy and paste HTML code:

Select the HTML code you want you copy, right-click, and select Copy.

Point to the location where you want to insert the code, right-click, and select Paste.

The instructions change only slightly when you want to move, rather than copy, code from one location to another, thereby removing it from its original location:
