First released in 2001, Ableton Live has quickly become a mainstay in the music industry due to its fresh approach to creating and producing music in the studio and onstage. When you think of a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), you don’t normally think of a musical instrument for performance and song creation, but Live can be used in precisely that way.
