Having a wide variety of DAW choices in my studio, I always find myself starting EVERYTHING in Ableton Live 8 first. The ability to use VST & AU plugs is a huge plus for me. I can then change tempo, pitch, harmonics, slice my audio to MIDI, freeze tracks and get real crazy with the new warping features. As a remixer Live 8 makes life so much easier for me.
