Introduction

In this entry we get a glimpse into Peter and Doris Drucker’s grand adventure when they arrived in America in 1937. It was a challenging but exciting time for the newlyweds. They found severe economic challenges but enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of the American people. The Druckers treasured this “sweetness” in Americans as they faced their new life during hard economic times.
