Introduction
It is not uncommon in life to remain in a position that doesnât fulfill your greatest desires even though you are successful in that position. People, especially family members, may depend on you. A sense of duty sets in. This is one of the reasons why the advent of the knowledge society creates such opportunity. With proper planning it may be possible to retire or to leave your position and continue to fulfill your responsibilities at home, which may have receded with the passage of time.
