When you have a series of bad employees, your experience may show a pattern in which you make similar complaints about your employees or they make similar complaints about you. As a result, you may be thinking you have problem employees, when the real problem is YOU! This may happen because you are repeating the same mistakes in hiring or making difficult demands that no employee can truly satisfy.
