DEVELOPING A BUSINESS continuity plan is a must in an organization’s overall efforts to prepare for, respond to, and continue or restore operations following a disaster. Because of an everchanging environment, constantly evolving technology, unforeseen circumstances, and other variables, a plan will not always be 100 percent successful as originally written.
