Viability of the Project Idea

The previous chapter introduced a strategy-oriented approach and methods to define the scope of the desired project result in compliance with a given (underlying) strategic objective. Therefore, by means of the capability breakdown structure, one can identify those capabilities that need to be provided by the desired project result.
