This book isn’t real life. In the real world, the question “How do I facilitate dialogue?” has to be answered with, “It depends.” You have to adapt any “recipe” to fit your situation—you work with what you’ve got. Your experience with dialogue will teach you much more than reading about my experience. To increase your chances for a successful experience, you’ll want input from several points of view.
