Two-Sample Location Tests

Two-sample tests involve a comparison of two different populations or one population observed twice, for example, before and after a treatment, which qualifies them for classification under related two-sample tests. In Chapter 3, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and the sign test were included among the one-sample tests, whereas both could have also been included in this section.
