Sample Feedback Documents

In the text above, the importance of giving good clear feedback was outlined. Here are two examples of collective feedback documents. The first was given in response to reflective writings on the subject of the positive values necessary for building a better world and what prevents us from engaging them more fully. The second example is feedback on writings about pushing action beyond normal boundaries.

In both cases it is useful to note the tone of feedback which is authoritative but not clumsily formal. Much encouragement is given along with the occasional bit of firmer feedback to the less engaged.
