Sleezer, PH.D., works with employee training and performance improvement specialists to provide consulting services on human resources for private, public, and government sector organizations. She has held roles in managing human resource projects for a large international organization (Baker Hughes). She has also held roles in academia (professor of HRD at Oklahoma State University, assistant professor at Penn State, where she taught HRD and research courses).
