Audition!

You have properly rehearsed your monologue. Now it is time to audition.

For the unified audition such as you will find at the SETC Annual Convention you will be led into a ballroom with other auditionees to wait your turn as a group, then you will be taken from that room into the ballroom where the actual auditions for the theatre companies are held. You will be sitting with some forty other actors as you wait your turn to step up onto the stage to audition. Some actors find great trepidation at this wait, being forced to watch all of their rivals ahead of them perform.
