APPENDIX 5: A COMMUNICATION CASCADE
This is an example of a cascade list that works in practice. Group leaders can see who they need to contact (M = member) and which of them is a leader (L) themselves. If any leader is not available, the details of the deputy leader (D) are also visible. For greater resilience, two or more deputies could be specified (D1, D2, D3, etc.)
