How Do I Use This Book?

When first learning to coach, many people sigh and say, “I don't have any idea what questions to ask—where do I start!?!” Don't worry—that's what the remainder of this book is for.

The following two chapters contain multiple sections with nothing but questions and tools to use when coaching.

  • Chapter 6 contains specific sections of typical issues around which people often want coaching, such as, “How do I handle interpersonal problems?”, “How do I handle conflicting priorities?”, and “How do I handle a time-management issue?”
  • Chapter 7 contains questions for you to ask as you work your way through any coaching situation by using the W.I.N. B.I.G. coaching model.
