Yaakov Weber, Ph.D. is a professor of management at the School of Business Administration, College of Management, Rishon Lezion, Israel, and president of the strategic management consulting firm Strategy, Implementation, Results. He has practiced as a strategic management consultant for more than 25 years and has assisted executives of numerous companies in successfully managing various stages of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, including planning, negotiation, and integration.
