Paul Falcone is Vice President and West Coast head of human resources for Nickelodeon and the MTV Networks (MTVN) Kids & Family Group, where he is responsible for all aspects of HR leadership and strategy. In addition, he oversees West Coast recruitment for MTVN and all of its brands and channels, including VH-1, Comedy Central, Spike TV, and MTVN’s digital companies. He formerly served as head of international human resources at Nickelodeon’s sister Viacom company, Paramount Pictures.
