The 7 Paths approach is an effective way to combat an unconscious false assumption that managers have been making for decades: that, given clear assignments, direct reports will produce precisely what the manager expects.

Organizational Structure

Every organization starts with an idea, a purpose, and a plan. Based on this plan, an organization structure is put together.
