This book represents the fruit of almost four years’ labor. From September 2002 through January 2006, under the diligent chairmanship of Michael E. Gallery, Ph.D., CAE, members of the Measures of Success Task Force reviewed mountains of documents, analyzed spreadsheets, and engaged in numerous discussions about what the data were really saying. Dr. Gallery’s tireless leadership and vision were instrumental in bringing this project to completion.
