What is it?
When a person, organization or team has a vision to achieve, the level of success will be affected by many different factors. This model shows that if there is a block at a certain level it will almost certainly affect the clarity of the vision and ultimately the achievement. To release that block, sometimes people have to explore things that are not necessarily at the forefront of their minds. Sometimes they do not actually know that they have a block but just feel ambivalent about the goal. This tool (see Table 4.1) will allow them to find the block naturally – often in a very surprising way.
