The ‘blame game’ is the common challenge for a project manager, when a project involves multiple vendors and each of them is interrelated. In the planning stages, you would have identified multiple deliveries and their interdependencies, and appropriately contracted with multiple vendors to deliver according to their specialised skill sets. Usually things will be cordial during the initial phases of the project, but they may become uncomfortable as the testing phase begins.
