CHALLENGE 36: INSUFFICIENT SCHEDULE INFORMATION

As you know, the project schedule lists the various project tasks, effort involved, duration, resources allocated, dependencies, and/or constraints. It is expected that you maintain the schedule as detailed, and as up to date as possible.

It is a challenge to have the detailed project schedule/tasks information at the very beginning of the project, and it is a mistake of the project manager to build such a detailed project schedule from the very beginning of the project.
