CHALLENGE 32: PROJECT COLOUR CODING

Project colour coding is sometimes considered to be the easiest challenge for a project manager, yet at the same time, this is the one which causes lots of problems to the project, as it gets escalated too soon.

As you know, the project status is sometimes referred to as the RAG status which stands for red, amber and green. There are further complications for project managers in their status report as they use reddish amber and greenish amber.
