CHALLENGE 24: UNDEFINED PROJECT CRITICAL PATH

If we were to carry out a study of the most frequently used/referred to terminology in project planning, then ‘critical path’ would be the winner. Critical path is the list of tasks which have no slack, such as the tasks which you cannot afford to delay. If it happens, then be aware that your project is slipping.
