The Creative voice is so fascinating. Only 9 percent of the population has this voice as its foundational voice, which makes it rare and, quite often, misunderstood. The Creative thinks about the future constantly. In fact, Creatives are the champions of the big ideas of tomorrow, and they work diligently today to make the future take shape. They are the voice that creates the things that alter the future of organizations and teams.

The foundational Creative voice might be the CEO who is constantly innovating within the organization or the father who builds some amazing backyard games for the kids. Creatives are futurists, and while they can function in any role, they are overrepresented in the spheres of academia, design, technology, and not-for-profits.
