Pose the Backswing
Now we’ll set up the backswing. For the highest point of the swing backward, we want to copy and paste the leg pose from frame 0.
1. | Go to frame 0.

2. | Select the COM, the head, and the biped’s legs.

3. | In the Copy/Paste field, click 
Create Collection; then click 
Copy Posture.
|
4. | In the Copied Postures field, name the posture UPRIGHT.
|
5. | Go to frame 45.
This is the highest point of the backswing.
