Use OSO to Attach Hands

If we rotated the spine at this point to make the biped sway realistically, the biped’s hands would become disengaged from the swing bars. So first we’ll use an OSO on each hand to keep them attached to the bars.

1.
Turn on Auto Key, then go to frame 0 and select any part of the left arm or hand.

On the Key Info rollout, expand the IK section.

Note

You have to select the OSO before setting IK Blend and Object. Choosing the OSO always resets IK Blend to 0 and enables the Body setting.
