Exercise 5.6. Backflip
In this exercise, you’ll make the biped do a backflip.
1. | Load the file ArmsUp.max from the CD, and play the animation.
This scene contains a jumping biped.

2. | Select any biped part. On the Motion panel, click the
Body Rotation button.
This selects the COM and displays the COM rotation keys on the trackbar.

3. | Turn on the
Selection Lock Toggle.
This ensures that you will rotate the COM and not some other object by mistake.

4. | Turn on the
Key Mode Toggle, and use
