COMPOSITING

In Chapter 11 we explored how After Effects and Cinema 4D (C4D) can be combined to create complete scenes; in this chapter we’ll go a little deeper into that subject by creating more complex projects. We’ll be exploring Multi-Pass rendering and really take advantage of the special relationship between Cinema 4D and After Effects.

1.  In Cinema 4D I’ve modeled a screen, mounted like a drive-in, in the middle of nowhere. I know it doesn’t quite make sense, but it will illustrate this point.

2.  Select the screen object from the Object Manager and go to Tags>Cinema 4D Tags>Compositing ...
