Know the Code Editor

We’re still using the 3DE Code Editor that we used in Chapter 1, ​Project: Creating Simple Shapes​. If you haven’t already gotten started with 3DE, go back to that chapter and familiarize yourself with the editor.

Start a New Project

Any work that you’ve already done in 3DE is automatically saved. So we can create a new project for this chapter and won’t lose the cool shapes from the first chapter. Click the menu button and then choose NEW from the menu:

Let’s call the new project Breaking Things ...
