Much has been made of the allegedly vast chasm between men and women (you may have heard we’re from different planets), so much so that you may wonder how we manage to live or work together at all. It’s almost as if we’re different species. Almost.
There are differences between men and women, both biological and social, and these differences may affect how someone’s perceived by his colleagues and how well they receive her message. If you want to influence people, male and female, it makes sense to recognize those differences and adapt to them.
