There are a number of Chinese hacking websites, all of which can be visited – carefully – online.
The first website for Chinese hackers to gain hacking knowledge about hacking, and discuss their methodologies with one other, is www.chinaeagle.org.
The next site comes with a Communist Party of China message on it, and can be found at: www.neteasy.cn
The Evil Octal forum is another popular Chinese hacking information site: http://forum.eviloctal.com/.
