Writing a book is never a solo project. I am deeply indebted to many people whose expertise, wisdom and encouragement kept me going. My wife and children’s (Ganesh Sai and Ramakrishna Sayee) encouragement and sacrifices made this book possible, and for that I am forever thankful. My wife, Padmavathy, is a symbol of sacrifice and support for my books, and is also an immeasurable blessing in my life.
Several quotes, examples and anecdotes are the result of a collection from different sources. It is practically impossible to acknowledge each one of them separately. I have tried to give credit wherever it is due; however, in case I have missed anything, I will give due credit in future editions if it is brought to my notice.
