Adding Clip Art
You can insert drawings, movies, sounds, and stock photography into your PowerPoint 2007 presentation. These items are typically stored in Clip Organizer, which places your clips into four collections:
My Collections. Clips you create and add to your own collection.
Office Collections. Clips offered in your 2007 Microsoft Office system.
Shared Collections. Clips that are typically available on shared file servers or common workstations. Your network administrator must create and export the collection for use.
Web Collections. Clips available through the Microsoft Office Online collection. These are available only when you have an active Internet connection.
