Help Others Achieve Their Goals
Goals are often the guidelines of our lives. They keep us focused, on the path to what we want the most. And we often need people to help us reach them.
In reaching our goals, we first have to define them. You can do this for others, and encourage them to achieve them. Take Michael, for example. At age 50 he found himself downsized from a career that had never lived up to his expectations, his savings drained, and his spirit numb from a life of strife and stress. He x moved with the weight of the world on him, his head hung low, his shoulders hunched. In short, he was the walking wounded.
