Pat Others on the Back
Sometimes encouraging someone is as simple as an attaboy, a pat on the back, a little recognition for a job well done.
And sometimes it falls to us to give it to others—coworkers and bosses alike. Yep, that’s right: Even the boss needs a pat on the back occasionally. We often think the boss is recognized enough, but you would probably be surprised to find how little top executives recognize their management when they hit the mark.
Assignment
