Look ’Em in the Eye
Okay, this is not a game of optical chicken, to see who blinks first. Looking someone in the eye is again one of those basic, yet often overlooked and underestimated ways to connect with people. Similar to remembering someone’s name, looking someone in the eye is one of those subtle yet very powerful acts of respect.
