Make it a point this week to have your most crucial conversations face to face.
For decades, communication experts have been studying the most effective forms of communication, and face-to-face wins out again and again. You just get more done when you meet face to face with people. For one thing, we’re usually all a little nicer to each other face to face, and we’re all a little more relaxed.
