Overcome Feeling Intimidated
Intimidation is similar to feeling inferior. The difference is that usually someone else has done something that has made us feel fearful or emotionally overwhelmed. But overcoming intimidation is essentially the same as overcoming feelings of inferiority. If you are feeling intimidated by someone, then you need to look at your relationship with that person. Is he the boss? Is she the office bully, domineering and reactive? If so, it’s easy to see why you feel intimidated. And if your own emotional bank account is running on low or empty, you might need to replenish it (ideas 103 through 113) before you tackle this matter.
