Embrace Different Styles
“Differing styles” does not have to equate to “conflicting styles.” In fact, you should perceive them as complementary. Each person, with her own unique version of each style, brings a different approach and perspective to every action, event, or interaction.
There is great strength in this variety, if you recognize it.
