Be a Peacemaker Between Friends
Throughout your career, you will occasionally find yourself in a position of having two friends that disagree heatedly about an issue. When that happens, you may have to make peace to get things back on track.
If you have to, be the go-between because you have a good relationship with each person. Or, you might need to call a private mediation between the three of you. But be cautious, however, about appearing to take one side or the other. Your goal is to facilitate, helping them hear and understand each other.
Just remember to remain neutral.
Assignment
