Don’t Be Overly Aggressive
Being aggressive is akin to being dominating. It’s taking charge too often and too energetically without allowing others a role or input in the decision or situation. When you are being aggressive, you are only interested in satisfying your own objectives and concerns, and are not interested in others. If fact, aggressive people tend to ignore the interests of others.
